A new website under the domain aerithlives.com has appeared, showing a Final Fantasy VII Rebirth image of Aerith alongside a countdown timer. The countdown ends on December 11, 2025, the same day that The Game Awards 2025 will take place.

The timing has led to speculation among fans about a possible connection, though the site itself does not provide any information linking it to Square Enix. At this point, there is no indication that the company is behind the domain.

Given the lack of official ties, it appears most likely that the site was launched by fans, making use of the well-known “Aerith Lives” meme within the Final Fantasy community.
