New Merchanidse: SQUARE ENIX Vocal Covers - Timeless Classics

Square Enix has announced the release of a new music album titled “Vocal Covers – Timeless Classics”, featuring newly arranged vocal versions of iconic songs from both the Final Fantasy and NieR series. The album will be released in Japan on June 25, 2025, for ¥2,640.
A full list of songs has not yet been published but the official album artwork has been released alongside a partial tracklist.
Confirmed Final Fantasy tracks include “Melodies of Life” (Final Fantasy IX), “Suteki da ne” (Final Fantasy X), and “Sunleth Waterscape” (Final Fantasy XIII). The NieR series is represented by “Kainé / Salvation” (NieR Replicant/Gestalt) and “Weight of the World” (NieR:Automata). All songs on the album have been rearranged with new vocals, with audio production handled by MONACA.
The album will also include a limited Amazon Japan-exclusive bonus: a Mega Jacket measuring 9.4 x 9.4 inches (24 x 24 cm).
At this time, Square Enix has not announced any release plans for territories outside Japan.
