Marisha Ray Voices Polydroid Shiva in Final Fantasy VII Revelation, Revealed at NYCC 2026
As revealed during the game’s New York Comic Con 2026 panel, Marisha Ray will voice a Polydroid version of Shiva in Final Fantasy VII Revelation.
At first, this Polydroid Shiva does not necessarily have to be the same summon we have already encountered in the game, but is rather a digitized, NPC-style version whose role in the story we will eventually learn more about. Her design clearly resembles the character-model style also used in the Fort Condor minigame in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
The clip shown during the panel takes place at the Gold Saucer and features Shiva interacting with Vincent Valentine, voiced by Matt Mercer, in a scene connected to the snowboarding minigame.
For those unfamiliar, Marisha Ray and Matt Mercer are both known for their work on the web series Critical Role and are married in real life.
