Final Fantasy XIV Patch 7.5 “Trail to the Heavens” Trailer and More

Square Enix has shared new details on Final Fantasy XIV Patch 7.5, titled “Trail to the Heavens,” during the 92nd Letter from the Producer LIVE broadcast. Presented by Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida, the trailer and showcase highlighted upcoming additions, including new main scenario quests, the final chapter of the Echoes of Vana’diel alliance raid series with Part 3 “Windurst: The Third Walk,” an update to Occult Crescent, a new dungeon, a new Ultimate difficulty raid, and the debut of the Beastmaster limited job, along with additional content updates.
The final moments of the trailer feature Kefka from Final Fantasy VI, who appears and says::
“Did you think you'd won? Guess I'll have to spice things up!”
His role is not explained, but it is likely a tease for the upcoming Ultimate raid that will be fully revealed at Fan Festival, with more details expected during the event.
