As part of the ongoing celebrations for Final Fantasy X's 25th anniversary, Square Enix has revealed a collaboration with the Japanese version of Octopath Traveler: Champions of the Continent (Octopath CotC).
The collab event runs from June 18 to August 13 and brings three iconic Final Fantasy X characters as playable crossover travelers:
Tidus - Thief
Yuna - Cleric
Auron - Warrior
The collaboration features a three-part original storyline, with scenario supervision by Kazushige Nojima (original FFX scenario writer) and character supervision by Tetsuya Nomura.

While the announcement and event are currently exclusive to the Japanese version, past collaborations have often received global releases at a later date.
