Short: Final Fantasy VII Remake 'Streamlined Progression' not exclusive to Switch 2 and Xbox; patch planned for PS5 and PC

Square Enix confirmed to Eurogamer that the Streamlined Progression boosts announced for the Switch 2 and Xbox releases of Final Fantasy VII Remake will also be delivered to the PS5 and PC versions in a future patch. No release date or timeline has been provided for this update.
Additionally, the enhanced lighting features implemented in the PC build will be also added to the PS5 version.
