DenfaminicoGamer recently asked readers which RPG made them cry the most, gathering over 4,700 responses. Final Fantasy titles were well-represented in the results, showing the enduring emotional impact of the series.
Final Fantasy X claimed first place with 498 votes:
“From the flow of the story to the ending, everything was so sad I couldn’t watch without tears.”
“Full voice acting made it easier to empathize with characters. I still feel they live in my heart.”
