Square Enix Store Shanghai Opens June 6 with Exclusive Final Fantasy Merchandise

Square Enix Store Shanghai opens its doors on June 6, 2026, in the Bailian ZX creative centre on Nanjing East Road. To celebrate the occasion, the official Square Enix account shared a first look at the merchandise available at the venue on Chinese social media.

The lineup includes multiple Final Fantasy acrylic items featuring classic mascot designs. Acrylic shakers and pen holders are available in four variants each: Chocobo, Moogle, Tonberry, and Cactuar. Bucket hats are available in Chocobo and Moogle, and there’s even a Moogle hand towel for everyday use.

Final Fantasy VII fans can also look forward to several dedicated items. These include a reflective badge blind box featuring eight character designs, acrylic stands for both Remake and Rebirth, and character folders.

The highlight are definitely the new Pocket Peeplets plush keychains of Cloud, Sephiroth, Tifa, and Aerith. Made of polyester and measuring approximately 86mm × 127mm, these Pocket Peeplets are making their exclusive first appearance as part of the Shanghai store reveal.

So far, it's unknown whether these items will remain China exclusive or become available worldwide at a later date. As always, I will keep you updated regarding new announcements and preorders. Stay tuned!
