Square Enix Offers Free Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG Game and Gamemaster Books

Square Enix has made the rulebooks for the Final Fantasy XIV TTRPG (Tabletop Role-Playing Game) available for free download on their official website. The free versions include the Player Book and the Gamemaster Book, which are excerpts from the complete FFXIV TTRPG Starter Set.
The Player Book, a 22-page PDF, provides comprehensive details for players to start their adventures. It covers roles, skills, abilities, player stats, character profiles, and basic game rules. On the other hand, the Gamemaster Book, a 21-page PDF, is designed to assist gamemasters in creating their own campaigns. This book includes tips on remote play and essential information for running a game.
These free downloads offer a glimpse into the FFXIV TTRPG, allowing potential players to decide if they want to invest in the full rulebooks, which are priced at $59.99/€59,99 on the Square Enix store.
In addition to the free rulebooks, Square Enix has introduced "downloadable content" with a Bonus Job, the Bard, for the FFXIV TTRPG Starter Set. This includes Lv. 30, Lv. 40, and Lv. 50 Bard adventurer sheets and a Bard job guide.
