Just in time for Final Fantasy X's 25th anniversary, my copy of the vinyl set released to celebrate the occasion arrived yesterday.

The vinyl sleeve features commemorative artwork by Tetsuya Nomura celebrating the game’s 25th anniversary. The double LP is pressed on transparent clear/light blue split vinyl and is definitely an eye-catching addition to any Final Fantasy X and vinyl collection.

The vinyl contains a selection of 20 songs from the soundtrack:

It also comes with an MP3 download code. The digital version includes 89 tracks, excluding “Zenbu Hanashite Okitainda (I Want to Tell You Everything)” and “Omoidashite Kudasai (Please Remember).”

I paid €70.90 including shipping through Black Screen Records. The vinyl is still available for pre-order from the Square Enix Store EU for €94.99, with release planned for November.
