Short: Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 Title Narrowed to Two Options as Development Advances

Naoki Hamaguchi confirmed in an interview with Julien Chieze that he and Tetsuya Nomura have narrowed the title of Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 3 to two options they hope to finalize within the year.

He described Highwind as a key concept for the final entry and said the full gameplay experience is already mapped out, with the team now focused on building the game to completion.

Hamaguchi added that they want to share more information once the project reaches a presentable state.

While he did not indicate when the next reveal will happen, the timing makes The Game Awards 2025 a plausible stage for announcing the title and possibly showing a first teaser.
