Monster Hunter Wilds x Final Fantasy XIV Crossover Launches September 29

Monster Hunter Wilds Free Title Update 3 launches on September 29, featuring the next collaboration with Final Fantasy XIV. The update introduces Omega Planetes, a new monster that spawns a Nerscylla Clone as it charges its Delta Attack. Defeating the clone generates a protective shield for players. Additional Final Fantasy creatures, including Morbol Seedling and Cactuar, also appear as part of the collaboration.
Two jobs will also be playable: Dark Knight wields a two-handed sword, and its skill Soul of the Dark Knight unlocks The Blackest Knight, consuming player HP to generate a barrier. Its Greatsword, Shadowbringer, comes with a unique weapon skill. Pictomancer uses Soul of the Pictomancer to cast a series of Pictomancy spells, ending with Mog of the Ages, which can deal high damage in hunts.
The collaboration also adds Palico equipment, Seikret Decoration, Pendant, Gesture, Hunter Profile background, poses, nameplate, and title.
