Final Fantasy XIV Launches on Nintendo Switch 2 on August 4
Final Fantasy XIV will launch on Nintendo Switch 2 on August 4, with pre-orders opening today. The first month will be free for all players as a stability test, and a free trial will also be available. Players who already play Final Fantasy XIV on other platforms and want to continue playing on Switch 2 will need a separate Switch 2-specific subscription. Three editions will be available for pre-order.
