Square Enix has released update 1.003 for the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, focusing on stability improvements and bug fixes. The update, which is approximately 18GB, is now available for download on Steam.
The patch addresses an issue affecting certain AMD Radeon GPUs, which previously caused occasional crashes while playing the game. However, Square Enix did not specify which models were affected.
Additionally, the update reduces the package size when downloading the game on Steam Deck, making it more manageable for users with limited storage.
