FFI–III Board Game ‘Origins of Light’ Launches on Kickstarter October 20, FFIV Add-On Teased
The Kickstarter campaign for Origins of Light: A Final Fantasy Board Game goes live on October 20, 2026, at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET / 6 PM BST (4 AM AEDT on October 21) and runs until November 18, 2026. The Back Tier List will be announced on Thursday, October 15.
The game will be available to ship to North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand!
Backers will also be able to purchase the Final Fantasy IV board game mentioned in the previews as an add-on or standalone pledge tier during the campaign.

Origins of Light: A Final Fantasy Board Game is a strategy board game for up to four players based on the Pixel Remaster editions of Final Fantasy I, II, and III.
