DIESEL has revealed major details of its previously announced Final Fantasy XIV collaboration. The “BRAVE” project will include a 27-item capsule collection, several pop-up events, a Kosuke Kawamura art exhibition and the already announced in-game styling contest.
The capsule collection is divided into four categories: T-shirts, long-sleeve shirts and hoodies, denim, and jewelry and iPhone cases. It will first be available at the Isetan Shinjuku pop-up from September 16 to 22, followed by the DIESEL online store and DIESEL SHIBUYA from October 2. Further pop-ups will take place at Hankyu Umeda from October 7 to 13 and Iwataya from October 14 to 20.
The T-shirt lineup includes designs based on Azem's Crystal, Y'shtola, Thancred, Urianger, Alphinaud, Alisaie, G'raha Tia, Estinien, Tataru, Krile and the three city-states of Eorzea. Prices range from ¥23,100 to ¥25,300.
The long-sleeve and hoodie lineup includes Azem's Crystal, the Scions of the Seventh Dawn and the three city-states of Eorzea. Prices range from ¥25,300 to ¥35,200.
The denim lineup features designs based on the three city-states of Eorzea and the Crystal. Prices range from ¥59,400 to ¥132,000.
The accessories include Mothercrystal bracelets, necklaces and a brooch, as well as three-charm bracelet and necklace sets based on the three city-states of Eorzea. The collection also includes Azem's Crystal cases for iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro. Prices range from ¥11,000 to ¥27,500.
At the Isetan Shinjuku pop-up, buyers of eligible items can also have a job icon of their choice embroidered onto their purchase. The pop-up will also host an advance preview of the Kosuke Kawamura exhibition, with works and related goods on sale.
A separate Scions of the Seventh Dawn Complete Box will be available through the Mitsukoshi Isetan online store by lottery from September 9 to 13. Limited to 30 numbered sets, it contains nine character T-shirts featuring Y'shtola, Thancred, Urianger, Alphinaud, Alisaie, G'raha Tia, Estinien, Krile and Tataru, along with two original container boxes. The set costs ¥207,900 including tax.

The previously announced art exhibition is titled “DIESEL × FINAL FANTASY XIV – KOSUKE KAWAMURA ‘BRAVE’” and will run at DIESEL ART GALLERY from October 2 to November 8. Artist Kosuke Kawamura will rework visual material from Final Fantasy XIV's history using a contemporary collage approach, combining elements from art, fashion and games rather than focusing on a specific character or title.

The exhibition will also sell the resulting artworks, limited merchandise and collaboration T-shirts and hoodies created by DIESEL, Final Fantasy XIV and Kawamura. More details will be announced in mid-September.
The Final Fantasy XIV x DIESEL Styling Contest is currently open until August 31. Players can create in-game outfits around DIESEL's four themes, DENIM, UTILITY, POP and ARTISAN, with the winners announced on November 1.
