Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion Now Available Physically on Switch 2 in Southeast Asia
Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia announced that the packaged edition (Game Key-Card) of Crisis Core –Final Fantasy VII– Reunion for Nintendo Switch 2 is now available in Southeast Asia as of September 23, confirming the Asia-only physical release previously spotted on Play-Asia.
The game was released digitally on Switch 2 on September 9, but no physical version was announced at the time.
The physical release may remain exclusive to the SEA region. Like some previous releases, including the Switch 2 version of Final Fantasy X/X-2 Remastered, there is still no news of a physical release in the West, meaning importing the ASIA version through Play-Asia or other stores offering worldwide shipping may be the only option.
Square Enix outsources physical publishing in Southeast Asia to Bandai Namco Asia, as it does not have its own retail distribution network in the region. Bandai Namco Asia has also handled physical releases for titles such as Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles in the past.

FINAL FANTASY VII REVELATION, the climactic conclusion of the series, will release for PS5 consoles, Nintendo Switch 2, XBOX Series X|S and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store and XBOX PC, in Spring 2027.
