Tifa Revealed as Street Fighter 6 Year 4 DLC Character

Square Enix and Capcom have officially confirmed that Tifa Lockhart will join Street Fighter 6 as part of the game's Year 4 Character Pass in early 2027.
Announced during Summer Game Fest 2026 by Takayuki Nakayama and Naoki Hamaguchi, Tifa joins new fighters Yasmine, Arjun, and Bosch. Nakayama also revealed that Tifa has been rebuilt specifically for Street Fighter, with her design, movement, and combat style reworked for the fighting game, while Materia has been reimagined as a unique gameplay system.
