Square Enix will release a new A4-size art book, The Art of Final Fantasy Tactics, in Japan later this year, with preorders now open.
The collection covers artwork from the original Final Fantasy Tactics released in 1997, the 2007 re-release The War of the Lions, and the upcoming Ivalice Chronicles. It also includes newly created illustrations for both The War of the Lions and Ivalice Chronicles.
The book features a range of never-before-seen material, including original character and job designs, rough map sketches, and artwork made for collaboration content. According to the official store listing, these will be shown alongside well-known promotional and concept artwork from the series’ history.
