Final Fantasy XI Free Trial Now Has No Time Limit and a Level 75 Cap
The previously announced changes to the Final Fantasy XI Free Trial are now live! As of today, September 30, the 14-day time limit has been removed, and the character level cap has been raised from Level 50 to Level 75.
This means Free Trial players can now continue playing without a time limit, while also progressing further and accessing additional content available to characters up to Level 75.
The changes also apply to previously created Free Trial accounts. If your trial had already expired, you can now use that account again and continue playing without the former 14-day restriction.
With the Level 75 cap now in place, the Free Trial covers a much larger portion of the game's content than before, including the missions, quests, battle content, campaigns and events available along the way.
