Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade Confirmed Playable on Switch 2 at Gamescom 2025

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be playable on Nintendo Switch 2 at the upcoming Gamescom 2025 event in Cologne. Nintendo confirmed the game's presence as part of its official booth lineup, where the title will appear alongside other third-party highlights such as Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition and Hollow Knight: Silksong.
Attendees will be able to try a demo of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade at the Nintendo booth located in Hall 9.1, Stand A10/B09. This marks the first public opportunity to play the title on Switch 2 hardware since its brief showcase during the April 2025 Nintendo Direct.
The Switch 2 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is currently scheduled for release in winter 2025.
