All Magic the Gathering Final Fantasy Cards Revealed During the PAX East 2025

At PAX East 2025, Magic: The Gathering and Final Fantasy fans got an exclusive preview of the upcoming crossover set. Wizards of the Coast revealed a collection of new cards, accompanied by a detailed one-and-a-half-hour showcase video that explored the set's mechanics and artwork.
One of the highlights of the set is the inclusion of 15 different versions of Cid, each playable as the "Cid, Timeless Artificer" Legendary Creature. Additionally, collectors will be eager to hunt for the Traveling Chocobo card, available in six different colors, with an ultra-rare golden version limited to just 77 serialized copies worldwide, featuring vibrant neon ink.
Fans were also treated to exclusive artwork by Final Fantasy legends. Yoshitaka Amano contributed designs for Kefka and other characters, while Tetsuya Nomura shared his take on Sephiroth.
Alongside the showcase, Wizards of the Coast released an official trailer for the set
as well as a special video featuring Amano discussing his creative process and involvement.
