Square Enix Reveals Menu Lineup Including Final Fantasy for New Shinjuku Café Opening Tomorrow

If you need a break from all the Final Fantasy VII Revelation and Final Fantasy Resonance news, here are some details regarding the opening of the Square Enix Cafe in Shinjuku. 😅
Square Enix has revealed full details for the Officially Licensed SQUARE ENIX Cafe & Shop SHINJUKU ahead of its grand opening on June 12 at Paselabo Tower. The venue will feature menu items, drinks, collectibles, and merchandise based on multiple franchises, including Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, NieR, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kingdom Hearts, and Black Butler. The cafe spaces are located on the second and third floors and are primarily available through reservation, while the first floor merchandise area is open to all visitors.
For Final Fantasy fans, the cafe’s permanent menu includes several themed food and drink items. The lineup features the Chocobo & Friends Burger Plate (¥1,430), Chocobo and Moogle Spice Curry (¥2,200), Moogle Children’s Curry (¥1,210), Chocobo Balanced Salad (¥1,320), Final Fantasy Pudding Parfait (¥1,430), and the Potion drink (¥990).
Additional Final Fantasy themed drink options include sleeve drinks priced at ¥770, available as iced coffee, iced café au lait, iced tea, cola, melon soda, orange juice, green tea, and oolong tea.
Latte art drinks are priced at ¥880 and are available as hot coffee or hot tea.
Guests using the cafe are charged a ¥1,200 entry fee, which includes one drink, a random coaster tied to the selected title, and a random luncheon mat from a chosen series. Visitors can receive one of three luncheon mat designs and one of eleven coaster designs.
